Ingredients
- 2 courgettes
- 2 tbsp MÉLI
- ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Slice the courgettes lengthways and brush with half the oil.
- Grill or pan-fry until tender and lightly charred.
- Finish with the remaining oil, a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper.
